Middle and High school is a pivotal time for growth, identity development, and emotional change. This course provides parents and caregivers with practical, relationship-based strategies to nurture resilience, emotional well-being, and healthy development in their children. Participants will learn how to build responsive relationships, create safe and predictable environments, teach sensory and emotional literacy, support self-regulation during big emotions, and strengthen problem-solving skills. Grounded in neuroscience, the course explores the connection between brain development and behavior, helping adults understand how everyday interactions can foster integrated, resilient brains that support learning, healthy relationships, and lifelong success.
